Sage has developed a program that grants expressive benefits without users’ investment. The estimated gains will be defined by a no cost evaluation of benefits that can be reached with use of our developments.

This evaluation requires total transparency between Sage and the prospect, so that clear goals are established and indicate the best approach for quicker results.

Sage’s compensation is based on the materialized results.

The program consists in the following steps:

• Minimization of water usage, obtained through instrumentation of existing Sage Panels. Gains result from:
• 1. Reduction of water required to cool off panels
• 2. Reduction in cost of water treatment
• 3. Reduction in cost of water circulation
• 4. Reduction in cost of cooling circulating water
• 5. Lower heat dissipation
• Minimization of air infiltration, through installation of a slag door that will impact 14 different KPIs, as for example reductions in kg/t of electrodes and energy spent by IDF
• Introduction of Sage Self Foaming Slag which will generate the following impacts:
• 1. shorter tap to tap
• 2. reduced consumption of Carbon and Oxygen
• 3. radical reduction in Carbon emissions, that soon will be globally taxed
